Version 1.0, October 21, 2026
1. What these terms cover
These Asset Licence Terms (“Terms”) govern the artwork, effects, and other content you use within Faes AR. They are an annex to the End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) between you and ARaura Augmented Reality Fashion Corp (“ARaura”). The EULA governs the Software. These Terms govern the content within it.
Terms defined in the EULA have the same meaning here.
You own a licence to use Faes AR. You do not own the artwork within it. The artwork belongs to the artists, publishers, and other rights holders who created or own it. These Terms set out what you may and may not do with that artwork.
2. Two categories of content
These Terms apply to two categories of content.
“Provided Assets” means the Asset Library included with the version of Faes AR you purchased, together with any assets you later purchase for use within it. The same rules apply to every Provided Asset, whoever created it and wherever it came from.
“Your Uploads” has the meaning given in the EULA: any images, models, or other files you import into the Application from your own computer.
Publisher Content is a type of Provided Asset. It may carry additional terms, as described in Section 6.
3. What you may do with Provided Assets
You may use Provided Assets within Faes AR for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
This includes overlaying them onto your webcam feed, using them in the video output the Software produces, showing that output to others, recording it, publishing it, and using it in paid Game Master sessions and monetised streams.
Using a Provided Asset within Faes AR as intended, including overlaying it onto your webcam feed, is not a modification of the underlying work.
Your licence to use a particular Provided Asset depends on your being entitled to that asset.
4. What you may not do with Provided Assets
You may not:
extract, isolate, or separate a Provided Asset from the files of Faes AR;
copy, distribute, share, sell, rent, lend, sublicence, or otherwise make a Provided Asset available to anyone else, whether on its own or as part of another product;
modify a Provided Asset or create a derivative work from it, other than by using it within Faes AR as the Software allows;
use a Provided Asset, including Publisher Content, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, including any system capable of generating works in the same style or genre; or
remove, alter, or hide any copyright, trademark, publisher, or other notice shown with a Provided Asset or in the Software.
Recording or streaming your video output does not give you the right to extract, isolate, or redistribute the Provided Assets that appear in it.
5. Your Uploads
You keep ownership of Your Uploads. ARaura claims no rights in them beyond what the Application needs to process and display them on your computer.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
These Terms do not grant you any right to sell or distribute Your Uploads through Faes AR.
6. Publisher Content
Publisher Content may carry additional terms. Those terms are displayed on the asset within the Application.
The additional terms apply on top of these Terms. Where an additional term conflicts with these Terms, the additional term governs for that Publisher Content.
Publisher Content may display the publisher’s trademark and copyright notices. Section 4(e) applies to them.
Publisher Content is not sold as part of the base purchase of Faes AR.
7. When ARaura’s right to an asset ends
ARaura’s right to distribute some Provided Assets, including Publisher Content, may end or be restricted. If that happens, ARaura may stop offering the asset to new buyers without removing it from the libraries of people who already have it.
ARaura removes or disables a Provided Asset you already have only on the grounds in Section 6 of the EULA.
8. Rights not granted
You receive a licence to use content within Faes AR. No ownership of any Provided Asset transfers to you. ARaura and the relevant rights holders reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
Changes to these Terms follow Section 13 of the EULA.
10. Relationship to the EULA
These Terms are part of your agreement with ARaura and are incorporated into the EULA. Where these Terms and the EULA address the same subject, these Terms govern for content and the EULA governs for the Software.
